Brain & Nerve Support
Neurological cases need careful, doctor-led evaluation. This page explains what a responsible Bangkok consultation pathway should look like.

What this concern usually means
Brain and nerve concerns range from post-stroke recovery interest, peripheral neuropathy, cognitive concerns, to neurodegenerative diagnoses. Regenerative consultation here is highly case-by-case and must never replace a treating neurologist.
- Can stem cells treat my neurological diagnosis?
- Is it safe to receive cells intravenously for nerve concerns?
- Do I need recent imaging or neurology notes?
- What outcomes are realistic versus marketed?
Typically discussed under neuro-focused wellness consultation. Cell-based or supportive protocols may be considered only after careful diagnosis review. No claim of treating or curing neurological disease.
Autologous vs allogeneic considerations
Autologous options depend on the patient's overall cellular health, which may already be impacted by age or chronic disease. Allogeneic cells (cord-derived MSCs) are commonly discussed but require complete donor and lot documentation.
Why lab quality matters for this condition
Neurological cases tolerate even less variability. Cell identity (marker verification), viability, sterility, endotoxin testing, and dose consistency are critical before any IV or targeted administration is considered.

What we will ask for
The more accurate the input, the better the doctor-led review.
- Recent brain MRI or relevant imaging
- Neurology consultation notes
- Current medication list
- Recent blood work
- Prior treatment summaries
- Active CNS infection
- Active malignancy
- Severe uncontrolled cardiovascular disease
- Cases where standard neurology care has not been completed
- Has a neurologist reviewed this plan?
- What is the exact cell source and lot?
- What is the dose rationale for my case?
- What follow-up is offered?
